Procedure
- Certification Difficulty High
Designation or certification after document review and on-site evaluation against the criteria set by the agency. The result depends on the evaluation score or review outcome.
- 01
Check eligibility: Check whether a nonprofit corporation or organization has completed corporate permission or registration, and for a for-profit corporation, whether there is no nonprofit agency in the area and whether it is certified as a social enterprise.
- 02
Check the call for applications: Designation is made not by year-round application but through a call by the city, county or district. Check the application period, required documents and evaluation items in the announcement and prepare on schedule.
- 03
Secure space and staff: Actually secure an office, counseling and training space, and a training space for activity support workers, and organize the staffing status. The on-site inspection checks that these spaces actually exist.
- 04
Submit documents and on-site inspection: After submitting the designation application, business plan, operating rules, budget and business performance materials, the department conducts an on-site inspection.
- 05
Review and designation: Agencies scoring 80 points or more in the review committee's evaluation are designated in order of score. If the operating entity changes, the designation cannot be transferred and a new designation is required.
