- Drafting Difficulty Low
Work completed by drafting documents such as contracts, certified letters or statements of fact, without review by a government authority.
- 01
Confirm the fact to prove and the recipient: decide what must be proven to whom, and obtain in advance any required items or form set by the recipient. Banks and public offices require different items, so the scope is set at this stage.
- 02
Confirm prior work and identity: The issuing administrative agent must already have personally performed the relevant work. Confirm identity, purpose and retained work records. The original task, new investigation or a site visit is separate from the basic certificate-issuance service.
- 03
Review supporting materials: contracts, receipts, photos, communication records and public registers are compared to confirm that dates, places and parties match. Anything not backed by materials is left out of the certificate.
- 04
Drafting, signing and sealing: the confirmed facts, method of confirmation and date are entered on Form No. 17 and the administrative agent signs and seals it. Where needed, party confirmations or a certificate of personal signature are attached to strengthen its evidentiary value.
- 05
Issuance and record keeping: the original is issued to the applicant, and a copy with the supporting materials is kept at the office. If a dispute arises, the time of drafting and the supporting materials become the basis for judging credibility.
- 06
Submission and follow-up: if the recipient calls to confirm or asks for more materials, the office answers with the retained materials, and with a power of attorney it can also submit the certificate on the client's behalf.
