You submit the statutory report form and required documents. Once the documents are in order the report is accepted; for some reports the authority checks the contents before accepting it.

Designation or certification after document review and on-site evaluation against the criteria set by the agency. The result depends on the evaluation score or review outcome.
We will prepare and submit application documents for establishment of home-visit care and day/night care facilities and designation as long-term care facilities. We will also prepare the operating regulations and business plan necessary for the selected procedure.
Scope & fee
- Report on installation of home-visit care only and prepare operating regulations
- We will prepare and submit a 5-page installation report and operating regulations for 1 home-visit care facility. Facilities, personnel, usage rights, and safety confirmation data are provided as standard and do not include designation of long-term care institutions, on-site visits, construction, or employee recruitment.

- Designation of home-visit care and long-term care institutions only, writing of business plan
- We will prepare and submit application documents and a 5-page business plan for designation as a long-term care institution for 1 home-visit care facility. This is the standard for completing the installation report or meeting the jurisdiction's parallel application requirements and providing existing operating regulations, facilities, and personnel data. Separate installation report, on-site visit, construction, and designated inspection are not included.

Facilities, manpower, technology, and safety data are provided, but construction, hiring, and fire inspection are not included.

Decide the services to provide: Decide which of home visit care, home visit bathing, home visit nursing, day and night care, short-term care and in-home senior support services to combine. The facility area and staff needed differ by combination.

Check the office and building use: Have a counseling space and document storage space in an independent office, and review building use as a neighborhood living facility, business facility or facility for the elderly and children. Day and night care and short-term care require 90㎡ or more of total floor area, adding 6.6㎡ or more of living space per person if capacity is 6 or more.

Secure the facility head and staff: The facility head must meet requirements such as a social worker qualification, and staffing standards by service must be met, such as care workers for home visit care and nurses, nursing assistants or dental hygienists for home visit nursing.

Installation report: With facility standards, staff documents and operating rules in place, file an in-home senior welfare facility installation report with the city, county or district.

Apply for long-term care institution designation: Once the installation report is accepted, apply for long-term care institution designation and undergo the city, county or district designation review. Benefits can be provided and claimed only after designation.

Manage the designation validity period: Long-term care institution designation has a validity period, so undergo the renewal review before expiry. Keep records of staffing changes and operations organized.

Included in the basic fee — Initial document review, required-document guidance, basic form preparation, one filing support and responses to up to two supplement requests.
Conditional success fee — For this service, any conditional success fee may be separately agreed within the lawful service scope and stated in a written engagement agreement. No outcome is guaranteed.
Displayed amounts are starting estimates, not statutory or standard rates. The final fee is confirmed after consultation and document review in the engagement agreement. Government fees and actual expenses may change.

Services that require the principal’s personal appearance, principal’s application, or electronic signature may be limited in delegation.
