Procedure
- Permit Difficulty High
A procedure that allows a business, activity or stay that the law generally restricts, after review; licenses fall into this type. The authority reviews facility standards, location and consultation with other agencies, and a permit can be refused if the standards are not met.
- 01
Determine the route and scope: Review stay and entry-exit history and family relationships to identify general, simplified or special naturalization and calculate residence requirements. Distinguish document support from procedures performed personally.
- 02
Check stay, conduct and basic-knowledge eligibility: Review relevant sanctions, arrears and criminal records and check KIIP, assessment and interview exemptions and deadlines. Government processing time is not office working time.
- 03
Compare domestic and foreign evidence: Review family and livelihood documents and consistency of foreign identity and criminal-record documents and the supplied translations and authentication. Apply actual exemptions, including special-naturalization livelihood exemptions and recommendation exemptions for simplified and parent-based special naturalization.
- 04
Prepare application documents: Assist with the naturalization application, family-relationship notification data and attachment list. The applicant completes required handwriting and signatures. Recommenders write and seal recommendations. A five-page statement is not universally required; explanations are prepared for actual issues, such as a breakdown of marriage.
- 05
Personal filing and review preparation: Applicants aged 15 or older apply personally, and a legal representative applies for a child under 15. We explain appointments, original documents, official fees, assessments and interview procedures, and include two ordinary supplements totaling one hour once in the baseline. Mock interviews and accompaniment are additional.
- 06
Explain later procedures: Distinguish permission from nationality acquisition and explain the oath, certificate and foreign-nationality deadline. Separate post-acquisition filings, foreign renunciation procedures, resident registration, name changes and extensions of stay are separate services.
