Preparation of E-7/E-9 status-of-stay and workplace/employer change application documents

We distinguish E-9 workplace changes, immigration workplace changes or additions, E-7-4 transitions and E-7-1 status changes. E-9 employment-centre procedures are separate from immigration procedures. For E-7, we compare the applicant’s status, education and experience with the employer and actual duties. We prepare the required job description and employment justification and handle the agreed electronic or in-person filing. The applicant completes personal signatures, fingerprints and interviews.

Select the application: E-9 workplace-change documents, an immigration workplace-change or addition permit, E-7-1 status change, or E-7-4 transition. E-9 new employment permits, job placement, sending and entry procedures are not automatically included in a workplace-change fee.

  2. 02

Review common evidence: compare the passport, residence card, current stay and contract periods and previous filings or approvals. Confirm the employer and actual workplace, separate the education, experience, wage and company evidence needed for the selected status, and include initial missing-document inquiries in this review.

  3. 03

For an E-9 workplace change: prepare employment-centre documents using contract termination, change reasons and work/change history. The worker completes employment-centre steps requiring personal application or authentication. Separate immigration workplace procedures and placement with a new employer.

  4. 04

For E-7-1 or a workplace change: for E-7-1, compare education, experience, occupation, actual duties and employer criteria, and prepare a job description and employment justification as separate documents while reusing shared facts. A workplace-change or addition permit retains the current status and uses the relevant contract and company evidence.

  5. 05

For an E-7-4 transition: reconcile current points criteria with stay, employment, wage, Korean-language and actually required recommendation evidence. Complete and independently check the points table, personal details and application forms. Separate local-authority recommendation applications or additional regional plans; use the applicable electronic transition service.

  6. 06

Filing, supplementation and result: complete the selected forms, authorization and attachment list. Provide documents for personal filing or the office visit included in the selected type. Use only permitted electronic routes; personal signatures, fingerprints and interviews remain with the applicant. Include two ordinary supplement rounds totalling one hour and receipt/approval-condition checks. Additional applicants, new issues and separate initial registration are distinct scopes.
